The National Commission of Independent and Private Schools (NCIPS) is not just an accrediting agency, but a driving force
for the reform of school criteria. Schools must work very hard to meet the standards of NCIPS and that is our mission.
Our standards will improve the quality of education and testing and therefore, improve the quality of education in our
nation's schools.
NCIPS continues to be a leader in supporting improvements in both teacher and school education. By providing a national standard that exceeds normal expectations, we continue to move the bar higher and higher and therefore move the entire level of learning to a new height.
NCIPS processes are effective and achieve our intended goals; to stimulate schools to constantly assess their own processes and programs in order to stimulate changes for the better. We provide quality assurance for students nationwide that schools accredited by NCIPS have met, or exceeded, standards set by other schools in the United States.
